Abee was very helpful with the difficult task of choosing a mattress. She spent a great deal of time with us making sure we made the best purchase. Her sales manager, Ali, was also very helpful. Hopefully we’ll be happy with our purchase once we receive it.

Great sales process (pricing & product) Store said 7+wks leadtime, but their online help desk cut that down to 3wks
Unfortunately the delivery truck showed up unannounced, but they were great to allow a rebooking a week later
They dropped off the 2 couches, they did not remove any of the banding or cardboard from the couches...which come to find out their policy. It states if assembly is req'd they leave packaging as is

Love love love this place!! Most of my furniture is from Leon’s. 5 stars for me always!! So much of to choose from and they have the best customer care. I find things on deal and paying full price for items is always worth the money and wait. To anyone who’s new in Canada I highly suggest Leon’s!!

Great team but quality of product could be better

We bought a dining set and in less than two months the chairs are already thin and it hurts to sit in them.

The team reached out and fixed the chairs! I rate them 5 star for customer service.

At first we were disappointed. We walked in and no one said Hello. Renee came up and asked us if we were being taken care of and took a lot of time with us. She was very knowledgeable of her products as well as the warranties and protection. She saved the deal for us and we walked out with a living room set. Thank you Renee.
