(March 28, 2017, 2:24 pm)I got my wedding dress vacuum sealed and unfortunately I did not get my headpiece back but the owner of the company Maureen covered the cost and shipping cost of replacing it with an exact replica. My family has been going to Fletcher's for about 15 years and we have never had a bad experience. They're prices are fair and they're customer service is extraordinary, which you don't come to find often anymore. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future.
